Fighting to return to productive life

Davit Sargsyan, Armenian Wounded Warrior, is an emerging success story. Injured during service in August of 2015 in Artsakh, he is slowly returning to productive life. He is currently receiving rehabilitation services funded by AWHF.

Davit’s condition has improved in the past several months, so much so that he has been able to find a position with the Interior Ministry’s 911 emergency services as a translator.

In addition, AWHF has coordinated with volunteers from a global accounting firm who are conducting accounting classes at the hospital for Davit and several other wounded soldiers. Davit’s hope is with these classes he will be able to improve his chances for finding better employment in the future.
