2016 Financial Report

AWHF has implemented $250,000 of projects in 2016:

1. Life-Saving Equipment ($205,000)

  • We delivered 3,000 combat-grade first aid kits to Armenia / Artsakh, where none existed before
  • Led the nationwide adoption of NATO-style standards and procedures for combat casualty care
  • Supported the wholesale upgrade of the army medic system, including through advanced training programs

2. Critical Medical Care ($30,000)

  • We are in final stages of securing overseas medical treatment for one of our most severely wounded heroes, who is nearly paralyzed from a spinal injury

3. Life-Improvement / Empowerment ($10,000)

  • We completed two programs aimed at improving lives and empowering our wounded heroes.  This will be more of our focus long term, once we address the urgent needs above.
